Manager, second-generation mechanical beast, and born and raised right here in the Lakes area. He had his own tools before he could walk and could pull a mad wheelie by the time he was three. He’s dabbled in many forms of racing, including ATV, UTV Pro Sport and, most recently, Akeley Ice Racing.
Born with a wrench in his hand, Dylan has experience with various mechanical and bodywork problems. Also a Northlakes local, he can be found on his Harley or cruising his Caprice after he's put in a hard day's work.
Founder, owner, operator
The go-to guy of the Northlakes for over 30 years and had his head under the hood since he was a toddler. With experience in auto collision, brakes, tires and glass repair, and Bill is happy to share his wealth of knowledge to keep your daily routine or vacation away moving forward.
The exuberant shop hound. A three-year-old German Shephard that can’t wait to be your next best friend. Although she’s nicknamed “Naughty Dog”, she’s far from it. She loves belly rubs and she’s the proud protector of her home and her cats, Kit Kat and Sabrina.
Steve was a long-time employee at Northlakes Marine & Auto in Hackensack with his best friend and boss, Bill Garbe. He was also employed by Auto Value in Pequot Lakes. Steve loved camping with his family, computer games, fast cars, racing and especially bass fishing. He will be remembered as a loving and gentle man who loved his family and friends dearly, especially his cat, Trouble
Gertie was an 11-year-old German Shepherd mix that was rescued from Paws+Claws Rescue & Resort in Hackensack. After her abandonment, Gertie came to visit as a foster at Northlakes in June 2019. Instead, she found her forever family. Ask more about her courageous journey.
